Are there any preservatives in your products?

Nope, our products contain no Artificial colouring, preservatives, nor additives! We’re able to remain adamant about this since everything is homemade by Karen herself — literally, in Karen’s Kitchen.

How long can I store my Kimchi?

Kimchi gets better with age — but we’d recommend no more than 6 months, unopened and refrigerated. It tastes best when it’s consumed within a week of opening.

Why is my Kimchi so sour?

The sourness is a result of the fermentation — most people like their Kimchi sour. But if that’s not your jam; the sooner you consume it, the less sour it is.

How may I collect or arrange for delivery?

We deliver all our products, regardless of quantity, without extra charges.
