To make a jar of Kimchi, Karen hits the wet market bright and early in the wee hours of the A.M., picking out the freshest and the brightest of the produce — occasionally haggling with the aunties at the stall.
Why? Because quality ingredients are the stars of our products. Just because they're fermented, doesn't mean you can't taste the freshness.
